Information from Thuan Chau General Hospital, at around 8:45 a.m. on August 7, the Emergency - Intensive Care - Anti-Poison Department, Thuan Chau Regional Hospital (Son La) received a female patient (53 years old), (residing in Na Cai sub-area, Thuan Chau commune, Son La province).
The patient was admitted to the hospital with cardiac arrest, respiratory arrest, purple nose, pale mucous membranes, and unmeasurable vital signs after being electrocuted.
Immediately upon admission, the Hospital activated the emergency care process for the patient. The entire team of 12 doctors and nurses were mobilized and urgently performed cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) measures for the patient such as chest outside heart muscle, ball compression through the endotracheal tube, Adrenalin injection and 3 vein trans fuses.
After more than 1 hour of intensive care, the patient breathed again on his own, and his pulse and blood pressure were measured.
The patient's initial health condition has stabilized and is continuing to be monitored and actively treated at the Emergency - Intensive Care - Anti-Poison Department of the Hospital.
