Nutifood cooperates strategically to develop digital human resources

On July 24 in Ho Chi Minh City, Nutifood signed a cooperation agreement with TIMC to deploy training and professional development for digital media human resource development.

Attending the event were Mr. Le Quang Tu Do - Director of the Authority of Broadcasting and Electronic Information; Mr. Nguyen Thanh Hai - Director of the Center for Measuring Radio, Television and Electronic Information (TIMC); representatives of Nutifood and hundreds of KOL, KOC, digital content creators.

Contributing to standardizing the capacity of digital content creators

In recent years, livestreaming and commerce on social networks are becoming popular methods for businesses to introduce products, reach customers and promote business operations. This development has led to a rapid increase in KOL, KOC, digital content creators, etc.

Therefore, the Authority of Broadcasting and Electronic Information has implemented a program to train, foster professional skills and develop digital media human resources in cooperation with Nutifood.

The training program focuses on providing knowledge about laws in the fields of electronic information, network security, advertising, tax obligations, consumer rights protection and at the same time supplementing livestreaming skills, content building and working with businesses.

This is not a practicing license or mandatory condition to participate in the market. The certification recognizes that learners have been equipped with foundational knowledge to operate systematically, in accordance with regulations and responsibly. However, having an authentication mechanism from management agencies also helps increase transparency, creating more basis for businesses and brands to refer to when selecting KOLs, KOCs and suitable digital content creators.

Mr. Nguyen Thanh Hai, Director of the Center for Radio, Television and Electronic Information Measuring, said that the noteworthy point of the program is the ability to connect training activities with kol.gov.vn - Information Portal and Database on Vietnamese digital content creators and online advertising, which is being developed and assigned to the Center for management and operation by the Department.

The value of the program is not only limited to issuing certificates of course completion, but also towards forming an ecosystem of data connection, training, businesses and state management," Mr. Hai emphasized.

Nutifood brings practical problems into the training program

According to the agreement, in its role as a partner, Nutifood will bring the practical experience of the enterprise into the training program through sample products, typical situations, and actual developments when cooperating with KOL, KOC and content creators. Through this, learners have the opportunity to access the entire cooperation process with the brand, from understanding the product, receiving requests, verifying information to developing content and handling situations.

Bringing "real problems, real products" into training helps students not only know regulations but also understand how to apply knowledge in the working environment, thereby contributing to narrowing the gap between training content and the standards that businesses are setting for digital content creators.

Representatives of Nutifood said that a suitable content creator needs to balance three factors: the ability to create attractive content, business efficiency and the accuracy and transparency of information. As personal reputation is increasingly closely linked to brand reputation, the responsibility of KOLs and KOCs to consumers also becomes more important.

Accompanying the program shows Nutifood's orientation in participating in human resource development for social network commercial activities, instead of just approaching KOL, KOC as a communication partner.

Through the coordination between management agencies, training units and Nutifood, the program is expected to contribute to forming a team of content creators with knowledge, skills and a sense of responsibility; thereby promoting livestreaming, advertising and online business to develop more professionally, transparently, and sustainably.
