The implementation is divided into 2 phases. Phase 1 from May 25 to June 30, 2026 and phase 2 from July 1 to November 15, 2026 at health stations, point stations, schools, cultural houses, gymnasiums... (depending on the actual situation of each locality and the guidance of the Department of Health, ensuring compliance with current regulations), and organized at regional general hospitals, specialized hospitals...
The plan sets a target that 100% of groups under management are listed, monitored and organized for periodic health check-ups or screenings at least once a year according to the Government's roadmap; 100% of communes, wards, and special zones deploy periodic health check-ups or screenings for people in the area; strive for 100% of people's electronic health records to be fully updated, in accordance with forms and connected to the health management information system of grassroots health; 100% of health check-up results are linked to health check-up databases, health check-up and treatment management information systems, national health databases and data receiving ports belonging to health insurance assessment information systems...
Through this, ensuring that people in Quang Ninh province have periodic health check-ups, screening or free health check-ups at least once a year according to a suitable roadmap; early detection of diseases, disease management to proactively prevent and treat promptly, reduce the rate of morbidity, mortality and the burden of medical costs.
At the same time, build and complete a unified electronic health database throughout the province, synchronously connected with the national health database; improve the capacity of managing people's health according to the life cycle, ensuring that all people have access to comprehensive, continuous, fair, convenient and quality health care services right from grassroots health care, contributing to improving physical strength, life expectancy and meeting the requirements of sustainable development of the province.
