Ninh Binh Provincial People's Committee has issued a decision on the dissolution of Nho Quan Health Center, Kim Son Health Center, Hai Hau Health Center and Phu Ly Health Center; at the same time, reorganize regional Health Centers and establish 18 regional general hospitals and transfer the functions and tasks of preventive medicine and population to Health Stations under commune-level People's Committees.
After arrangement and reorganization, the entire health sector of Ninh Binh province has 3 state management agencies, 53 public service units, reducing 8 focal points (reducing the rate by 12.5% compared to July 1, 2025). Regarding human resources, after reorganization, on average, each health station is assigned 31 staff members.
