When people in their 30s and 40s get sick or even suddenly have a stroke while exercising, the cause is not high-intensity exercise or jogging. In fact, the silent culprit is metabolic disorders, a silent but dangerous health problem that is often not detected early, according to hindustantimes.
Dr. Alok Chopra, a cardiologist and functional medicine expert in India, said that more and more young people are having serious cardiovascular problems during exercise.
Its not the treadmill that causes a heart attack, Chopra stressed. And your body is carrying many problems that have not been properly treated.
According to Dr. Chopra, simmering factors such as poor metabolic health, silent insulin resistance, chronic inflammation, prolonged stress, inadequate sleep, and a diet lacking in nutrients are the underlying causes. They turn their bodies into a timing bomb, easily detonated by high-intensity training sessions.
The important thing is not to avoid exercise, but to recognize and control underlying risk factors before they have serious consequences, Chopra warned.
Although many people believe that jogging or doing heavy exercise is a direct cause of heart attack, Dr. Chopra believes that it is just a fee, a trigger, not the cause.
Chopra recommends regularly checking your cardiovascular health, especially if you are in your 30s or older and have a regular exercise routine.
Sharing the same view, cardiologist Naveen Bhamri ( Max Super Speciality General Hospital) recommends performing two important tests besides ECG (cardiography), TMT (essence test) and ultrasound (ECO).
These two tests help accurately assess heart condition and detect underlying risks early.
