Regarding the incident of a woman dying while having a collar surgery and a nail in her shoulder and collarbone at a private clinic in Thanh Hoa, the police have issued an initial preliminary report.

According to Dong Ve Ward Police, at around 4:00 p.m. on May 28, Mr. Ngo Duc T. (born in 1983, residing in Nong Cong Town, Nong Cong District, Thanh Hoa Province) went to Dong Ve Ward Police to report: at around 10:00 a.m. the same day, his family took Ms. L.T.L. (in Minh Nghia commune, Nong Cong district) went to the clinic at 69 Le Thanh Tong, Dong Ve ward, Thanh Hoa city to have a brace and collarbone nail surgery.
At 11am the same day, Doctor Tho - the clinic's owner - returned for a preliminary check-up, then told his family to take Ms. L. to the floor to perform surgery and strengthen the broken bone.
At around 3pm, an ambulance arrived at the clinic; then, about 34 people carried the stretcher down, on the stretcher was Ms. L.
Seeing that, Mr. T.'s family asked why one of these people said Ms. L. had an allergy and took her to the hospital for emergency care. However, at that time, Ms. L.'s face was swollen, her skin was pale, and there were no signs of breathing, so the family asked her not to move but to keep the clinic, and invited the authorities to work.
After receiving the incident, the authorities were present at the scene to investigate and clarify.
