The Drug Administration of Vietnam requires suspension of circulation and nationwide recall of the batch of Gammaphil - Bottle 125ml specialty cleanser products. The label states: Receipt number of the Declaration Form: 000669/21/CBMP-HCM; Party number: GMPA010524; Production date 23.05.2024; Expiry date 23.05.2027;
The organization responsible for bringing the product to the market and producing it is a private enterprise producing GAM MA cosmetics, Office address: 18 Nguyen Hau Street, Ho Chi Minh City. Production address: Group 1, Phu Hiep Hamlet, Ho Chi Minh City.
The Drug Administration of Vietnam requests the Department of Health of provinces and centrally run cities to: Notify cosmetic businesses and users in the area to immediately stop trading and using a batch of Gammaphil specialty cleanser - bottle of 125ml and return the product supplier;
Proceeding to recall and destroy the batch of violating products; inspect and supervise units implementing this notice; handle units violating according to current regulations.
GAMMA Pharmaceutical - Cosmetic Production Company Limited must send a notice of revocation to the distributors and users of the batch of Gammaphil specialty cleaning milk products - bottle of 125ml and proceeded to recall and destroy the batch of products that do not meet regulations;
Submit a report on the recall and destruction of the product lot to the Drug Administration before August 2, 2025.
The Ho Chi Minh City Department of Health supervises GAMMA Pharmaceutical - Cosmetic Production Company Limited in recalling and destroying a batch of Gammaphil specialty cleanser - bottle 125ml that does not meet regulations;
Revoking the receipt number of the cosmetic product declaration form000669/21/CBMP-HCM as prescribed in Point b, Article 46 of Circular No. 06/2011/TT-BYT;
Inspect GAMMA Pharmaceutical - Cosmetic Production Company Limited in its compliance with legal regulations on cosmetic management in the production and trading of cosmetics; handle and punish violations according to current regulations;
Report the results of inspection and supervision to the Department of Drug Administration before August 17, 2025.
