The Drug Administration of Vietnam (Ministry of Health) requests the recall of cosmetic products due to not meeting pH standards, forced destruction and reporting results before July 2026.
According to a report from the Thanh Hoa Provincial Department of Health attached to Test Sheet No. 93/2026, the product sample of 100ml Japanese Vietnam Cosmetics green tea essence serum facial cleanser did not meet quality standards for the pH index.
The sample was taken at Minh Hang Pharmaceutical Joint Stock Company (Thanh Hoa) for quality testing.
Facial cleanser for skin care (Nhat Viet Cosmetics green tea essence serum) 100ml tube with batch number: 04, production date 15. 9. 2023, expiry date 15. 9. 2028.
The responsible unit is Nhat Viet Cosmetics Production and Trading One Member Limited Liability Company.
The manufacturing unit (branch) is Nhat Viet Cosmetics Production & Trading Co., Ltd. Branch in Ho Chi Minh City.
The Drug Administration of Vietnam requested the suspension of circulation and nationwide recall of the above product batch.
The Drug Administration of Vietnam assigned the Ho Chi Minh City Department of Health to directly supervise the process of Nhat Viet company recovering and destroying the violating shipment. In parallel, the Ho Chi Minh City Department of Health also received the task of inspecting this enterprise's compliance with current legal regulations on cosmetics management. Handling violations (if any) and reporting results before July 3, 2026.
