Mulberry and kỷ tử
15 grams of dried mulberry, 10 grams of goji berries, rock sugar (depending on taste).
How to do it:
Gently wash mulberries and goji berries to remove dirt and impurities.
Put the ingredients in a heater or boiler, add about 500 ml of boiling water.
Cover tightly, soak for 10-15 minutes and then add rock sugar to taste. You can add more water many times, the residue after soaking can also be used.
This is a mild drink, suitable for long-term use to maintain health. Mulberry fruit helps nourish yin liver and kidneys, while goji berries support to nourish yang. This combination helps strengthen liver and kidney function.

Mulberry with longan
15 grams of dried mulberry, 10 grams of dried longan, 2 red apples, 2 slices of ginger.
How to do it:
Remove red apple seeds, slice ginger thinly. Put all ingredients in a pot with 800 ml of water. Boil and reduce heat, simmer for about 20 minutes. You can add brown sugar to taste.
In this formula, mulberry fruit nourishes yin and blood; longan helps nourish qi, strengthen yang qi; red apple supports the spleen and stomach; while ginger helps warm the body and reduce cold. The combination creates a warm drink but does not cause heat, nutritious but not greasy.
