At about 6 pm on December 27, Viet Duc Friendship Hospital promptly received and organized emergency care for the victims in the passenger car overturning incident that occurred in Lao Cai.
According to initial information, the crashed car carrying the charity delegation moved from Hanoi to Ta Genh school (Hoa Mi Kindergarten), belonging to Phinh Ho commune, Lao Cai province. At the scene, the 29-seater car overturned, with many debris scattered on the road surface. The injured people, aged 22 to 44, were stably resuscitated and are expected to be transferred to hospitals in Hanoi in the afternoon of the same day for further treatment.
