As Lao Dong newspaper reported earlier, the particularly serious traffic accident occurred at 7:45 am on December 27.
At the above time, an oto truck with license plate 29B-614XX, driven by Mr. Do Dang Thinh, (born 1960, address Thanh Xuan, Hanoi) carrying a charity delegation of 17 people, moved from Hanoi to Ta Genh village school point belonging to Hoa Mi Kindergarten, Phinh Ho commune.
When reaching km35, the road connecting National Highway 32 with Provincial Road 174 (belonging to Mu Thap village, Phinh Ho commune), it collided with a guardrail (swivel) about 50m, leading to the vehicle overturning on the side of the road, killing 9 people and injuring 9 others.

Recalling that terrifying moment, Ms. Ly Thi May (in Mu Thap village, Phinh Ho commune) still panicked and said that at about 7 am on the same day, she suddenly heard a loud noise on the road in front of her house.
At that time, her son was playing in the yard (near the road), guessing an accident had occurred, Ms. May hurriedly ran to the back and hugged her son and ran into the house.

It's a bit of a bit of a bit of a bit of a bit of a bit.
At that time, my husband was also at home, my child cried very loudly because she was scared by the incident. When my psychology stabilized, I immediately took out my phone and called the police officers to the scene.
But because they were still panicked, the police officers did not hear clearly, then my husband called the police again and reported the above accident," Ms. May recounted.
The female witness said that when she and her husband ran out to see the scene, there were already 2 victims lying on the street. At this time, the car was lying upside down on the roadbed, glass shards scattered everywhere, the car was crumpled with many people inside.

Approaching to examine, seeing many people in the car, no movement that made me panic, I have never witnessed such a horrific accident, Ms. May recounted.
Ms. May and her husband then joined people to put the victims on a mat to wait for functional agencies to arrive.
