7. Nguyen Thi Phuong Khuyen, 26 years old, residing in HCMC;
8. Tran Bao Yen, 22 years old, residing in Hanoi;
9. Pham Trung Kien, residing in Hanoi.
As Lao Dong Newspaper reported, on the morning of December 27, a charity group of 18 people (including the driver, Mr. Do Dang Thinh, born in 1960, address Thanh Xuan, Hanoi) traveled by passenger car with license plate 29B-61406 from Hanoi to the school point in Tang Ghenh village, Hoa Mi Kindergarten, Phinh Ho commune.
At about 7:40 am, at km35 of the road connecting National Highway 32 with Provincial Road 174 (belonging to Mu Thap village, Phinh Ho commune), it collided with a guardrail (wire roller) about 50m, leading to the vehicle overturning on the right side of the road in the direction of Hanh Phuc commune to Phinh Ho commune.
The incident killed 9 people, including 8 victims who died on the spot and 1 person who did not survive on the way to the hospital.
