Nutritionist Varsha Gorey from Apollo Hospital, Mumbai (India) said: "Doc tree root has long been famous in traditional medicine for its liver detoxification effects, digestion support and increased bile flow". However, she emphasized that there is currently no clinical study on humans proving that DOkg tea directly helps with weight loss. Most of the current evidence comes from animal studies alone.
A study published in the journal Molecles showed that dried worm extract can reduce fat absorption in mice. Specifically, this tea provides four potential weight loss support mechanisms:
Natural diuretic:
Dandelion tea, especially made from leaves, has a natural diuretic effect, helping to reduce water weight and bloating without causing potassium imbalance - something that synthetic diuretic drugs often cause.
Control hunger hormones:
Thanks to its inulin content, a natural prebiotic, dried dried fruit helps balance the intestinal microflora, thereby regulating hunger control hormones such as ghrelin.
Concentrating on blood sugar:
Compounds such as chicoric and chlorogenic acids in dried dried tea can improve insulin sensitivity, help control blood sugar after eating, reduce the risk of fat accumulation.
Reduces inflammation:
According to research published in the journal Nutrients, the anti-inflammatory and antioxidant properties of dried watermelon can help fight chronic inflammation - a potential cause of obesity.
How to drink breakwater tea properly?
According to expert Gorey, the time to drink tea is very decisive for the effectiveness of drinking it in the morning on an empty stomach, 15 - 30 minutes before lunch, or in the mid-afternoon, helping to activate the digestive system, increase satiety and support natural detoxification. However, avoid drinking it in the evening to avoid interrupting sleep due to the diuretic effect.
How to make anhydrous tea
You can use the roots or dried leaves to make tea.
For the roots: Boil 1-2 teaspoons of dried root coffee with 11⁄2 cups of water for 10 minutes, add 1⁄2 teaspoon of cinnamon if desired.
With leaves: Soak 1-2 tablespoons of dried leaves in hot water (no boiling) for 5-7 minutes, strain the water to drink.
Note:
Although safe for most people, dried tobacco tea can still cause allergies, reflux, electrolyte disorders or interact with diabetes medications, blood pressure and anticoagulants.
