Previously, patient L.Q.H was admitted to the hospital with a complete severed left wrist; his right hand also suffered complicated injuries with two wounds on the third finger about 3cm long, one wound near the severed fourth finger and a broken bridge in the middle of the fourth finger.
The patient was transferred directly to the operating room, the surgical team with experience in the field of micro-uringue of the wound, with BSCKII Le Minh Hoan - Director of the Orthopedic - burns Trauma Center as the main surgeon.
According to the family, the patient's wrist was severed during the fight, the severed left arm was properly stored by the family in a closed bag with ice, helping to preserve tissue and facilitate the reattachment of the limbs.
The surgical team performed a single-phase cosmetic surgery, synthesizing and sewing all damaged analytical structures including blood vessels, nerves, tendons and bones at the same surgery.
This is a difficult technique, requiring high professional qualifications, absolute accuracy and smooth coordination between crew members.
According to Dr. Le Minh Hoan, the biggest challenge of the case was not only the level of complex damage but also the 8-hour surgery.

After more than 10 days of surgery, the patient's condition recovered positively. The patient was able to move all fingers accurately and continued to be instructed in rehabilitation exercises for 3 to 6 months.
