Earlier, the Medical Professional Department coordinated with the Department of Health Inspectorate to check this facility by Ms. Truong Thi Hoai T..
At the time of checking, the facility had no customers but had 2 dental chairs and supplies and equipment for medical examination and treatment activities.
Ms. Truong Thi Hoai T. admitted that the facility has been opened since 7.4 but has not been granted a license for medical examination and treatment.
The inspection team made a record and issued a decision to sanction an administrative violation of VND 45 million for the act of "providing medical examination and treatment services without operating licenses".
In addition, the establishment is suspended operating within 18 months. The Department of Health has also sent a written request to the relevant agencies to monitor and supervise closely during the suspension period, and require Ms. Truong Thi Hoai T. to stop all medical examination and treatment activities at the above location.
