On April 16, Deputy Director of Hanoi Department of Construction Mac Dinh Minh signed a decision on the implementation of the plan to arrange locations for relocating relevant units to implement the planning and improvement plan of the eastern area of Hoan Kiem Lake.
According to the Department of Construction, on April 10, the unit received a written document from the City People's Committee on the implementation of the plan to temporarily arrange locations to serve relevant units to implement the plan of planning and renovation of space in the eastern area of Hoan Kiem Lake.
In particular, the City People's Committee "agreed on the policy of temporary arrangement of the relocation of relevant units to implement the planning and improvement plan of the eastern area of Hoan Kiem Lake" in the document dated 27.3 of the Department of Construction.
Accordingly, the units are arranged at the following addresses:
- Department of Culture and Sports: Temporary layout on floors 25, 26, 27 city agencies (258 Vo Chi Cong, Xuan La Ward, Tay Ho District).
- Institute of Literature - Vietnam Academy of Social Sciences: arranged at 12 Nguyen Che Nghia (Hang Bai Ward, Hoan Kiem District).
- City citizen reception headquarters: arranged at 102 Hai Ba Trung (Cua Nam Ward, Hoan Kiem District).
- Sub -Department of Population, Children and Prevention and Control of Social Evils: Arranging at 144 Tran Phu (Mo Lao Ward, Ha Dong District).
- Hoan Kiem Power Company: arranged at 5 - 7 Hang Ga Street (Hang Bo Ward, Hoan Kiem District).
Based on the assigned functions and tasks, the Department of Construction proposed the 5 units mentioned above urgently develop a specific relocation plan (including: Plan, funding, implementation progress) ... According to the location approved by the City People's Committee to send to the People's Committee of Hoan Kiem District to be approved by the People's Committee of Hoan Kiem District to approve the compensation and support plan as prescribed.
In case of difficulties, the units and People's Committees of Hoan Kiem District are proposed to send to the Departments of Finance, Agriculture and Environment, Construction and related branches to summarize and report to the City People's Committee for consideration as prescribed.
