HCMC - District 1 Department of Education and Training strictly prohibits teachers from giving extra lessons in violation of regulations according to Circular No. 17.2012 of the Ministry of Education and Training.

After nearly 6 months of piloting sidewalk rental for business and trading with fees on 11 streets, District 1 (HCMC) has now expanded to 41 other streets.
