Accordingly, the Department of Education and Training of District 1 strictly prohibits teachers from giving extra classes in violation of regulations according to Circular No. 17/2012 of the Ministry of Education and Training, which stipulates cases where extra classes are not allowed, including: No extra classes for students whose schools have organized 2 sessions/day; No extra classes for primary school students, except for cases of training in arts, sports, and life skills training.
Teachers are required not to use social networks to disseminate, propagate, or comment on information or images that are contrary to good customs and traditions, contrary to the Party's guidelines, State policies and laws, or that negatively affect the educational environment.
Do not cheat, lie, slander, cause animosity, harass, coerce, or threaten violence against others; Do not harm the health, honor, dignity of yourself, others, or the reputation of the collective.
In addition, the Department of Education and Training of District 1 requires educational institutions to implement regulations on operating costs of the school's and class's mother representative committee for parents of all students in the school to know.
It is strictly forbidden to take advantage of the name of the parent-teacher association to collect fees other than those specified in Circular No. 55/2011 of the Ministry of Education and Training; It is strictly forbidden for teachers to keep the class's parent-teacher association fund.
The Department of Education and Training of District 1 assigns the principal to be directly responsible for financial management, assets, management of extra teaching and learning, and the code of conduct of managers, teachers, and employees at the unit. Responsible for checking that teachers and employees comply with the above regulations, strictly, promptly, and in accordance with the law for employees who violate the regulations and individuals who violate the regulations.
Report and promptly inform the Department of Education when detecting individuals violating and negatively affecting the educational environment at the unit and the district's Department of Education and Training.
