During the trip, the Fund representative visited the family of Mr. Bui Ngoc Sang (60 years old, Tay village, Dien Dien commune).
The temporary house, which was already degraded, has now become even more damaged after the flood. Mr. Sang has a disability in his leg, and his livelihood mainly depends on selling lottery tickets.
However, after the flood, the village road was muddy and muddy, making travel extremely difficult.
In the past few days, Mr. Sang has just received a chair from a benefactor to temporarily sleep in a muddy house.
