To celebrate the 79th anniversary of War Invalids and Martyrs' Day (July 27, 1947 - July 27, 2026), the Golden Heart Charity Social Fund has provided support of 10 million VND to the family of martyr Le Thanh Khang. The person directly receiving support is Ms. Nguyen Thi Ot (born 1963, residing in hamlet 4, A Luoi 2 commune, Hue City), the martyr's wife.
It is known that Ms. Nguyen Thi Ot's family currently lives in a degraded level 4 house, but has not had the conditions to repair and rebuild. The gift from the Golden Heart Charity Fund contributes to encouraging and sharing difficulties with relatives of people with meritorious services, showing the morality of "When drinking water, remember the source" and the community's concern for martyrs' families.
On the same day, authorized by the Head of the Border Guard Command of Hue City, the unit visited and presented a gift worth 1.5 million VND from the Border Guard Command of Hue City. At the same time, the unit also presented an additional gift worth 1 million VND to the family of martyr Le Thanh Khang.
Participating in the delegation visiting and giving gifts was Ms. Ho Thi Thuy - Chairwoman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of A Luoi 2 commune.
The gifts given on this occasion are not only of material significance but also a tribute and encouragement to families of people with meritorious services to the revolution, contributing to spreading the good tradition of "Gratitude" on the occasion of War Invalids and Martyrs' Day.
