After a week of exciting competition from June 15 to 21, the National Men's and Women's Tennis Championship VTF Pro Tour 200 - Nam Long Cup 2026 officially closed at the Tennis Court Complex in the integrated urban area of Waterpoint (An Thanh, Ben Luc, Tay Ninh).
The tournament is organized by the Vietnam Tennis Federation (VTF) in coordination with the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism of Tay Ninh province and Nam Long Group, attracting more than 100 outstanding athletes from 8 leading tennis units nationwide. Players compete in 5 events including: Men's singles, women's singles, men's doubles, women's doubles and mixed doubles, with a total prize value of up to 200 million VND.
Not only is it a top playground for professional tennis players, the tournament also shows the positive development of Vietnamese tennis in the new period. The increasingly methodical investment from localities, units and accompanying businesses has contributed to creating a quality season, affirming the sustainable vitality of the high-achievement tennis movement nationwide.
Throughout 7 days of competition, VTF Pro Tour 200 – Nam Long Cup 2026 brought fans many attractive, dramatic and professionally rich matches. Athletes showed a spirit of determination, bravery and desire to conquer, thereby contributing to improving the quality of the national tennis tournament system.
One of the notable highlights of this year's tournament is player Pham La Hoang Anh - Ninh Binh unit (seed No. 5 of the tournament) defeating Vietnam's No. 1 player Vu Ha Minh Duc (AP Sports Club) with a score of 7-6, 5-7 6-1, thereby winning the men's singles championship.
In the women's singles, Tran Thuy Thanh Truc (HCMC) defeated Nguyen Thi Mai Linh (Hanoi) with a score of 6-4 1-6 7-5 and won the championship.

In the men's and women's doubles event, the U14 pair Le Phu Gia and Nguyen Linh Nhi (HCMC) created a big surprise when competing confidently and bravely to win the right to enter the final of a national-level tournament for the first time, showing the promising development potential of Vietnamese youth tennis in the future.
Mr. Nguyen Hong Son - Vice President cum General Secretary of VTF shared: "VTF always determines that developing national tennis is not only the task of the Federation alone but also requires the joint efforts of state management agencies, localities, businesses, sponsors, training centers, coaches, parents and the tennis-loving community across the country.
In the coming time, VTF will continue to focus on key tasks: Improving the quality of the national tournament system; promoting the training of young athletes; strengthening international cooperation; standardizing the team of coaches and referees; and creating more opportunities for Vietnamese players to compete and rub shoulders in regional and international arenas”.
