Mr. Dinh Van Thieu directed the Department of Science and Technology to preside over reviewing and granting E- Office accounts to agencies and organizations in the province; deploy Sim digital signatures for the E- Office system; ensure the safety and security of system information.
In the first quarter of 2025, the Department of Science and Technology will organize additional training courses on investment management and application of information technology to help agencies, units and localities clearly understand new regulations and instructions, promptly apply and implement assigned projects, projects and tasks.
Concentrate resources on organizing the implementation of construction and putting into operation the platforms and shared information systems of the province to be completed before June 30, 2025.
These are platforms such as Smart Monitoring and Operation Center - IOC; Shared Data warehouse, Digital Citizen App, KPI Work Monitoring and Evaluation Software...
As for the key project to build information technology infrastructure to serve the province's digital transformation, complete the investment proposal in the second quarter of 2025.
The leaders of Khanh Hoa province also directed departments and localities to complete the organization of the development and promulgation of the 2025 Digital Transformation Plan before February 28, 2025 and send it to the Department of Science and Technology for synthesis and consultation.
Note, the plan must detail the implementation of tasks and targets assigned in the 2025 Digital Transformation Plan. That is, implementing online and online records throughout the process; disbursement of funds, implementation of indicators related to assessing the level of digital transformation, indicators under national target programs, targets for new rural construction, etc.
