Regarding the outstanding results of Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh's visit, Minister Bui Thanh Son shared: "The visit was a great success, achieving the set goals with specific and practical results, meet the concerns and expectations of both sides". Vietnam and India issued a Joint Declaration on Strengthening the Comprehensive Strategic Partnership, signed 9 documents in the fields of diplomacy, defense, finance, health, culture, tourism, and training. creating human resources, including the Action Program to implement the Comprehensive Strategic Partnership for the period 2024 - 2028.
In the exchange, Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh, Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Indian leaders agreed to strengthen cooperation in the spirit of "Five More": Higher political and strategic trust; Deeper defense and security cooperation; Economic, trade, and investment cooperation is more substantive, effective, and groundbreaking; Science and technology cooperation and innovation are more open; Cultural cooperation, tourism and people-to-people exchanges are more closely connected.

Also according to Minister Bui Thanh Son, during the Prime Minister's visit, Vietnam - India agreed to aim for two-way trade turnover of 20 billion USD, doubling two-way investment from now to 2030.
Vietnam requested India to resolve the issue of trade barriers and promote Vietnam's strong products to India's large and potential market such as electronics, textiles, and agricultural products; Attract large Indian corporations to invest in Vietnam in the fields of infrastructure, pharmaceuticals, and energy.
