In the context of more than 6 million Vietnamese people living in more than 130 countries and territories, preserving the Vietnamese language is becoming increasingly urgent, the Consulate General of Vietnam in Fukuoka (Japan) has initiated the initiative to build a global Vietnamese and Cultural Teaching Network, with the desire to create a "common home" for teachers, students, parents and those interested in teaching and learning Vietnamese worldwide.
