The above amount of money was spent to make a surreal costume for a collie dog.
In videos posted on Toco's YouTube channel - followed by nearly 30,000 fans - it is possible to see a man in the body of a dog with a chain being taken to a public place.
"Dog" Toco also steams other dogs in the park and makes the same moves as other dogs, like rolling on the grass.
I became a collie, fulfilling my dream as a child to become an animal, Toco was quoted as starting one of the video clips.
Do you remember your dreams from a young age? You want to be a hero or a witch" - Toco explained. I remember writing in my high school graduation certificate that I wanted to become a dog and walk around the outside.
However, while the four-legged version of Toco is not ashamed when appearing in public as a popular breed of domestic dog, the human version is not comfortable expressing their interests in their free time.
I dont want my interests to be known, especially to the people I work with, Toco told the Daily Mail last year. They thought it was strange that I wanted to be a dog. That is the same reason why I couldn't come out and expose myself."
Toco added in a separate interview with the British newspaper Mirror: I rarely tell my friends because Im afraid theyre thinking Im strange. My friends and family seemed surprised to know that I had become an animal.
The first time Toco took an adventure out in a collie outfit was in September last year in a controlled environment in the backyard. But even without the curious eyes, Toco said the experience made him feel anxious and a little scared.
The outfit that Toco expresses his canine imagination of was created by a Japanese company called Zeppet, which specializes in creating outfits used in television and film products.
