Tangerines and kumquat
Tangerines and kumquat represent gold and should be placed in a home or workplace with the meaning of bringing wealth. Other citrus fruits such as oranges and grapefruits are also very rich at this time of year. Oranges are said to bring luck while grapefruit means prosperity.

A round tray or a bowl filled with candy and other sweets during the Lunar New Year. Normally, there is space in the Chan hup tray for 8 types of candy (a number symbolizing wealth) along with a tray in the middle.
Candy on this occasion has many options, such as wrapped candy, red dyed melon seeds (good color), lotus seeds (with grandchildren), lotus root (for the living), squash (lucky), and sesame-covered walnuts (smooth and happy).
Goh (high)
These are small cakes with sweet or salty flavors. Traditional cakes are made with sticky rice flour, sugar and flavors such as dates, chestnuts and coconut, and can even have bird's nest.
Fresh pair of fish
From the Chinese word fish is prosperity, so eating fish during the New Year is expected to bring wealth. One fish is eaten on New Year's Eve and the second on the first day of Tet to get rich in the new year.
Crab (although the shell is still intact) and fresh or dried scallops
Because they are similar to ancient Chinese currencies, clams and scallops are said to bring wealth.
