US President Donald Trump sued the Wall Street Journal and its owners, including billionaire Rupert Murdoch, for at least10 billion USD in damages for the newspaper's article saying that Mr Trump sent birthday wishes to the drug addict billionaire Jeffrey Epstein in 2003, including a painting and mentioning their secrets.
On July 18, President Trump filed a lawsuit in a southern Florida federal court against Dow Jones, News Corp, rupert Murdoch and two reporters of the Wall Street Journal, accusing them of defamation, saying that these individuals and organizations acted with bad intentions, causing heavy damage to their finances and reputation.
Mr. Trump strongly denied the article of the Wall Street Journal, warning News Corp founder - billionaire rupert Murdoch about the plan to file a lawsuit.
