South Korean investigators provided President Yoon Suk Yeol with a lunch box after questioning him on the morning of January 15 about martial law, according to Yonhap.
Investigators from the Corruption Investigation Office of Senior Officials (CIO) arrested President Yoon Suk Yeol on the morning of January 15 and questioned him at the CIO office in Gwacheon, south of Seoul.
An official from the Office of Corruption Investigation for High-Level Officials revealed that investigators ordered a lunch box for President Yoon Suk Yeol to eat at the rest area. However, the official did not confirm whether Yoon Suk Yeol ate the lunch or what the food was in the lunch box.
South Korean investigators questioned President Yoon Suk-yeol for about two and a half hours starting at 11 a.m. after executing an arrest warrant at his home in central Seoul. They continued questioning him at 2:40 p.m., after an hour-long lunch break.
