The Guardian reported that while attending the exhibition in Moscow's suburbs, Mr. Putin and Mr. Erdoğan stopped in front of a beverage stall. The Turkish president was heard saying to Mr. Putin: "You will also pay me?" and the Russian leader responded: "Of course, you are my guest."
In June this year, Russian President Vladimir Putin also presented a large box of ice cream to Chinese President Xi Jinping. The gifts celebrating the 66th birthday of the Chinese President were presented when the two leaders attended a regional summit in Dushanbe, Tajikistan.
