According to The Times of Israel, the Israel Defense Forces (IDF) mobilized a series of fighter jets to attack many infrastructure facilities believed to be used by Hezbollah in Rachaf (Lebanon) on September 10.
On the same day, many Hezbollah missile launchers located in At Tiri and Mansouri in southern Lebanon were also targeted by Israeli-controlled unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs).
The Israeli military said the attack was in retaliation for Hezbollah launching more than 50 rockets into northern Israel on September 8, directly affecting two regions: Galilee Panhandle and Kiryat.
Currently, there has been no information about any damage given by Hezbollah.
The situation on September 10 became more tense when Israel discovered a drone believed to be from Hezbollah flying over its northern border.
In response to the UAV's territorial intrusion, several northern regions of Israel, including the Galilee Panhandle and Rosh Pina, immediately sounded the alarm.
The purpose of the UAV's intrusion is not yet clear, but the incident ended without any conflict, according to the Israel Home Front Command.
Earlier, on the morning of September 9 (local time), Hezbollah controlled two drones that exploded and crashed into an apartment building in the city of Nahariya (Israel). There were no casualties in this attack, but it destroyed two apartments and caused panic among residents.
Cross-border clashes between Israel and Hezbollah have become more frequent since the conflict in the Gaza Strip began last October. Hezbollah says it is doing this in support of its ally Hamas.
