The highlight of the Qatar Open 2026 semi-finals is the showdown between Carlos Alcaraz and Andrey Rublev, scheduled to take place at around 11:30 PM on February 20.

Alcaraz is maintaining stable form when winning 10 consecutive matches to advance to the semi-finals. The Spanish player shows effective serve, solid return and often takes advantage of breakthrough games well.

On the opposite side, Rublev also had a positive performance in Doha this year when he has not lost a set since the beginning of the tournament. The attacking style of play with powerful forehands helps the Russian player regularly put pressure on his opponent from the beginning of the games.

In 6 previous encounters, Alcaraz is temporarily leading Rublev with a score of 4-2. Most of the matches between the two players have been tight through many sets, showing balance in the game every time they meet.

In the remaining semi-final, Arthur Fils will face Jakub Mensik at around 1:00 AM on February 21. Fils won a ticket to the semi-finals after a convincing victory over Jiri Lehečka in the quarter-finals. The French player showed an improvement in controlling the pace of the match as well as his ability to take the opportunity to break the game.

Meanwhile, Mensik created a surprise when overcoming Jannik Sinner after three sets in the quarterfinals. The Czech player showed effectiveness in serve games and handled well at decisive moments.

The head-to-head record between Fils and Mensik is currently tied 1-1. With the attacking style of both players, the match is predicted to take place at high speed and with many fast balls.
