Bac Ninh Football Club was established in 2023 in a bustling way, with great ambition, although the starting point is the National Second Division. In the 2024 season, Bac Ninh FC impressed in the qualifying round with the top spot in Group A - losing only 1/12 matches (won 10, drew 1), scoring 28 goals, conceding only 4 goals.
