The Ho Chi Minh City women's team is focusing on professional preparation to find opportunities to win the 2026 National Volleyball League A to win a spot to participate in the 2027 National Championship.

The tournament will be held from July 30 to August 2. There are 6 participating teams: representatives from Taiwan (China) - host, Hong Kong (China), Vietnam, Philippines, Thailand and Japan.
Teams are drawn into 2 groups and play in a round-robin format. After the group stage, the top 2 teams in each group will continue to meet in the final.
The two teams ranked 2nd in each group will meet in the bronze medal match. The two teams ranked 3rd in each group will compete for 5th place.
