Many international training teams
Aiming for the 33rd SEA Games, Vietnamese sports have deployed many overseas training sessions for the teams to improve their professional qualifications, physical strength and international competitive spirit.
Many key sports have been invested heavily with long-term training plans in countries with developed sports.
Accordingly, the Youth Jujitsu team will be trained for 20 days in Korea and then the National Jujitsu team will continue to have an additional training session lasting 1.5 months in Thailand and Korea.

Other martial arts are also not outside the plan with careful professional preparation. The Judo team divided into groups for more than a month in Korea, 10 days in Mongolia and 1 week in Japan for the rights event.
These are countries with the world's top Judo skills, giving Vietnamese athletes the opportunity to compete, learn tactics, and improve their competition skills.
Meanwhile, the national weightlifting team will also travel to China for training for 2 months, in order to best prepare for the upcoming regional congress.

One of the key national team sports, athletics, will have a 22-day training trip in France - which has a systematic training system and good training conditions. In addition, some other athletes will also train for 20 days in Nanjing, China.
The national shooting team was also given more than 10 days of training in Korea to test their ability to adapt to high competition intensity and adjust techniques in an international competition environment.
International training trips not only help athletes practice physical strength and technique, but also an opportunity to accumulate competition experience and rub shoulders with international athletes, thereby improving their competitive spirit and ability to adapt to different conditions at the 33rd SEA Games.
Check achievements, review forces at national championships.
In parallel with international training activities, October will witness a dense competition schedule of the national championship system in many sports. This is an important opportunity for the sports to test their abilities, review their squads and discover new faces with potential for the SEA Games
From October 2-9, the national club weightlifting championship took place, helping coaches check the performance of the players. At the same time, the national championship was held to review personnel for the weight classes competing for regional medals.
Swimming - one of the spearhead events at the SEA Games also hosted the national championship in Hanoi. In addition, the National Youth Athletics Championship taking place from October 8-16 is not only a playground to test abilities, but also an opportunity to discover the next talents for the national athletics team.
In addition, the national tennis championship will take place from October 12-19 and the national table tennis tournament for excellent rackets from October 25-31, contributing to selecting and checking the parameters of the players before competing in the regional arena.
The National Badminton Championship (16-19) and the National Jujitsu Championship (17-24.10) continue to improve the strength of the martial arts teams, while helping the coaching staff test the practical ability of athletes after the high-level professional training period.
Continuously organizing domestic tournaments not only creates opportunities for athletes to maintain a competitive feel, but also serves as a practical basis for coaches to choose the main squad to participate in the 33rd SEA Games.
