    As of 8:00 a.m. on December 17, the Vietnam Sports Delegation continued to rank 3rd on the total SEA Games 33 arrangement with 48 gold medals, 54 silver medals and 76 bronze medals.

    Continuing to lead is the Thai Sports Delegation with 156 gold medals, 97 silver medals and 65 bronze medals, showing superiority over the group behind.

    The Indonesian sports delegation is in 2nd place and is making a significant breakthrough compared to Vietnam with 61 gold medals, 71 silver medals and 68 bronze medals.

    The next positions on the total rankings belong to Singapore, Malaysia, Philippines, Myanmar, Laos, Brunei and Timor Leste.
