Hoang Anh Gia Lai football team helps promote local image and culture

Gia Lai - When mentioning Gia Lai, people immediately think of the mountain town football team, so there are many advantages to promote the image and culture of the land.

On August 17, at Ham Rong Training Center ( Ia Bang Commune), Mr. Pham Anh Tuan - Chairman of Gia Lai Provincial People's Committee visited and encouraged Hoang Anh Gia Lai Football Club.

The Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee awarded a certificate of merit to goalkeeper Tran Trung Kien, who just won the Southeast Asian U23 Championship for the third consecutive time with U23 Vietnam.

Talking to the players and coaching staff, Mr. Pham Anh Tuan gave many important suggestions for the Club to continue to develop sustainably. That is to promote the application of technology in training and coaching; focus on cultural education for young players.

According to Mr. Tuan, many people know Gia Lai thanks to the reputation of the Hoang Anh Gia Lai and Mr. Duc football teams. Ham Rong Training Center is currently the leading and quality youth football training academy in Vietnam.

"Therefore, the players must preserve their personal image and build the culture of the mountain town football team. From there, the team will become an ambassador to promote the image and culture of Gia Lai to international friends.

Every year, Hoang Anh Gia Lai should invite 2 strong teams in the world to Gia Lai to compete in friendly matches, to impress fans, to show the spirit of reaching new heights. In the future, we will continue to create conditions for the team to develop more strongly" - Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Pham Anh Tuan affirmed.

This afternoon, Hoang Anh Gia Lai Club will compete with Becamex Ho Chi Minh City in the first round of V.League 2025-2026.
