Members of the Vietnam Women's Volleyball Team will go to Thailand to participate in the 2025 World Championship right after the friendly match with the Kenyan team at Dong Anh Stadium (Hanoi). The friendly match took place at 7:00 p.m. on August 19. The Kenyan team is in the same group as us in the group stage of this world tournament.
The friendly match at Dong Anh Stadium (Hanoi) is an opportunity for coach Nguyen Tuan Kiet to review the force participating in the 2025 World Championship.
On the morning of August 20, the Vietnam Women's Volleyball Team traveled on a flight to Phuket (Thailand).
Currently, the list of registered players to participate in the 2025 World Championship of the Vietnam Women's Volleyball Team includes players Hoang Thi Kieu Trinh, Pham Thi Hien, Nguyen Thi Phuong, Doan Thi Lam Oanh, Vo Thi Kim Thoa, Tran Thi Thanh Thuy, Nguyen Khanh Dang, Le Thanh Thuy, Nguyen Thi Bich Tuyen, Nguyen Thi Trinh, Nguyen Thi Uyen, Nguyen Thi Ninh Anh, Vi Thi Nhu Quynh, Tran Thi Bich Thuy.
The 2025 World Volleyball Championship will be held in the cities of Bangkok, Nakhon Ratchasima, Chiang Mai and Phuket from August 22 to September 7. Coach Nguyen Tuan Kiet and his team are in Group G with Poland, Germany and Kenya. We will play our first match against Poland on August 23. According to the selection, the main striker Tran Thi Thanh Thuy is the captain of the Vietnam Women's Volleyball Team at the 2025 World Championship.
