The Vietnam women's futsal team has concluded its training trip in Hangzhou (China) from November 27 to December 3, including two friendly matches with the China women's futsal team.
In the match on November 30, coach Nguyen Dinh Hoang and his team drew 2-2, before winning 2-1 in the rematch on December 2. These are considered important matches, helping the coaching staff effectively check the domestic preparation stage and test personnel options.
Coach Nguyen Dinh Hoang said that the coaching staff is " Relatively satisfied" with the competitive spirit and professional progress of the whole team after two friendly matches.
This is an important opportunity for us to assess the ability to assemble the squad, more clearly identify the strengths as well as the limitations that need to be overcome before the 33rd SEA Games, he shared.
According to the plan, the Vietnam women's futsal team will have a week of gathering in Ho Chi Minh City to complete tactical details and adjust the remaining problems after the training trip. The official list of participants in the 33rd SEA Games is expected to be finalized on December 9, before the whole team departs for Thailand on December 10.
At the 33rd SEA Games, the Vietnam women's futsal team will compete in 2 group stage matches against Indonesia on December 12 and Myanmar on December 14. The urgent training atmosphere and enthusiasm after the overseas training trip are creating motivation for the whole team to confidently aim for the goal at the congress.
