In order to prepare for the 33rd SEA Games and increase competitiveness, the Vietnam women's futsal team has left for Hangzhou (China) since November 27 to enter a training session lasting nearly 2 weeks. This is considered an important stage to help the coaching staff review their performance, perfect the tactical system and evaluate personnel before finalizing the list of participants.

This training session brings together 16 athletes, of which 2 players Tran Thi Thuy Trang and K'Thua were called up for additional training. The five names not participating in the trip include goalkeepers Dinh Nguyen Ngoc Linh, Nguyen Thi Kim Phuong and 3 players Nguyen Thi Tu Anh, Nguyen Huynh Nhu, Nguyen Phuong Anh.
In Hangzhou, the team is scheduled to play two international friendly matches with the Chinese women's futsal team on November 30 and December 2. This is an important time reserve for the whole team to maintain the competition rhythm, test the effectiveness of tactical options and evaluate the integration of each position.
Head coach Nguyen Dinh Hoang said the coaching staff was satisfied with the team's training spirit during the preparation period in Vietnam. The whole team has played 2 domestic friendly matches and initially demonstrated the ability to operate tactics as required.
Emphasizing the goal of the training trip, coach Nguyen Dinh Hoang said that the training and competition sessions in China will help the coaching staff have more basis to choose the optimal squad. He also stated that the 33rd SEA Games will be a big challenge when competitors in the region make progress. The team aims to compete in each match, aiming to improve their performance compared to the previous SEA Games.


As soon as they arrived in Hangzhou and settled down about 40 minutes from the airport, the team entered the first training session on the afternoon of November 28, starting an important preparation series before the tournament.
