On the morning of October 18, the opening ceremony of the JEEP Pickleball Tournament by Tien Phong Newspaper - For children in difficult circumstances took place in Long Bien, Hanoi.
The tournament is held to celebrate the 21st anniversary of Vietnam Entrepreneurs' Day (October 13, 2004 - October 13, 2025). This playground not only aims to show gratitude to generations of businessmen and pioneers on the economic front but also raises funds to support children in difficulty.

Journalist Phung Cong Suong - Editor-in-Chief of Tien Phong Newspaper, Head of the Organizing Committee said: "With the spirit of sportsmanship - connection - sharing, the JEEP Pickleball Tournament by Tien Phong Newspaper also plays a bridging role of humanity, raising funds to support children in difficult circumstances at the National Children's Hospital. Each ball, each match not only has a sporting meaning, but is also an act of sharing, a kind heart for the community".
All proceeds from the tournament, including registration fees, contributions from benefactors, and the auction of the 2011 SEA Games gold medal by coach Truong Minh Sang, will be presented to patients at the National Children's Hospital on October 19.

Accordingly, the tournament attracted nearly 200 athletes to participate, competing in exciting matches.
The organizing committee and accompanying units expect the above pickleball tournament to become an annual tournament, with the goal of further developing the sports movement, joining hands to help children in difficult circumstances.
