Within 30 days, the Bac Giang Provincial Tennis Federation and the Bac Ninh Provincial Tennis Federation (old) are responsible for transferring all assets, finances, organizations, personnel, rights and obligations to the Bac Ninh Provincial Tennis - Pickleball Federation, at the same time terminating its existence, operation and returning its seal to the competent authority according to the provisions of law.
The Bac Ninh Provincial Tennis - Pickleball Federation is a social - professional organization, organized and operated according to the Charter approved by competent authorities, in compliance with the provisions of law, under the state management of the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism and relevant agencies in the Association's field of activities.
The Bac Ninh Provincial Tennis - Pickleball Federation has legal status, its own seal and account; the budget, headquarters and operating facilities are implemented in accordance with the provisions of law.
The decision clearly states that within 60 working days from the effective date of this Decision, the Tennis - Pickleball Federation of Bac Ninh province is responsible for organizing the Congress and reporting the results of the Congress according to regulations.
