After the 5-4 victory over the Kuwaiti futsal team in the opening match, the Vietnamese futsal team still has problems that need to be adjusted, especially in defense when conceding 4 goals. However, coach Diego Giustozzi looks at it in a positive direction, emphasizing the attacking efficiency of his students.
Everything will be good in the next match. I think we don't like being unlucky in scoring. In the match against the Kuwaiti futsal team, perhaps we could have scored one or two more goals.
Anyway, we also have 5 goals. However, that is a thing of the past. Forget about that match. We need to focus on Lebanon and think about how to score against them," Mr. Diego Giustozzi shared during the training session on the afternoon of January 28th of the Vietnamese futsal team.
In Lebanon's opening match, coach Diego Giustozzi directly went to the stadium to watch the opponent play against the Thai futsal team. Through observation, the Argentine strategist assessed Lebanon as a team that values discipline and systematic defense.

They have a very strong defense team. They do not depend on one or two players who can make a difference, because they attack systematically/tactically. Maybe in 40 minutes, Lebanon defends for 35 minutes. Therefore, I am more concerned about Lebanon's strategy than individual players," the head coach of the Vietnamese futsal team commented.
In the qualifiers, the Vietnamese futsal team once won 4-0 against Lebanon. However, coach Diego Giustozzi believes that re-establishing this result will not be easy, especially when the opponent has made changes on the coaching bench.
I want to repeat that victory, for sure. If possible, I hope to achieve a similar result. However, this is another match, because they have changed coaches.
Currently, they have a Spanish coach, so I think they are stronger in defense. This will be a very difficult match, because we all know we don't like to face teams that play such a solid defense.
Therefore, this will be a match that requires calmness, patience, adaptability and not letting them have any chances," Mr. Diego Giustozzi analyzed.
