The Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism will carry out many important activities in the series of activities to celebrate the 80th anniversary of Vietnamese Sports Day coming up.
Among them, an important highlight is the 2026 Olympic Running Day for All People's Health, which will be organized by the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism in coordination with relevant units on March 22nd at Hoan Kiem Lake (Hanoi). The program is expected to attract more than 10,000 people to participate in the response run.
Notably, the Vietnam Sports Economics Conference is expected to be held on March 27. Specialized agencies of the sports sector will invite experts, managers, leaders, business units and people involved in sports activities to participate in exchanging and contributing opinions to the development of the sports economy in Vietnam.
In 2023 and 2024, the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism organized the Sports Economic Forum and received many valuable contributions.
According to the sports industry, the 80th Anniversary of the Traditional Day of Vietnamese Sports will be solemnly held on the morning of March 28th at Ho Guom Theater (Hanoi).
The event is the central program of a series of activities to celebrate Vietnam's sports industry. Typical coaches, athletes and sports managers of Vietnam through various periods are expected to attend the important anniversary.
