In the women's super-suit group, grandmaster Pham Le Thao Nguyen (Can Tho) defeated juniors Vu Bui Thi Thanh Van (Ninh Binh) and Bach Ngoc Thuy Duong (Ho Chi Minh City) to win the gold medal. She scored 8 points after 9 matches. Snooker Bui Thi Thanh Van won 7.7 points while Bach Ngoc Thuy Duong won 7 points.
