The 2026 World Aerobic Gymnastics Cup (World Cup 2026) continues to be competed in Tokyo (Japan).
The World Gymnastics Federation organizes competition events on April 18 and 19. 4. The Vietnam Aerobic Gymnastics Team is present with top faces including Nguyen Che Thanh, Hoang Gia Bao, Dang Chi Bao, Phan Thi Uyen Nhi and Truong Ngoc Diem Hang.
The whole team went to Japan to get acquainted with the gymnasium before officially competing. Last year, Nguyen Che Thanh, Hoang Gia Bao, Dang Chi Bao, Phan Thi Uyen Nhi and Truong Ngoc Diem Hang competed at SEA Games 33 in Thailand and won a gold medal in the team event.
At the 2026 World Cup, the Vietnamese aerobic gymnastics team registered to compete in the men's individual, men's triple team and mixed mixed team events.
We set a goal to win medals at the tournament. In which, everyone expects the mixed men's and women's team event to achieve the highest results. According to regulations, the events will compete in the qualifying round and then select 8 slots with the best results to enter the final.
The coaching staff of the Vietnam Aerobic Gymnastics Team has been preparing professionally for the athletes since the beginning of 2026. The 2026 World Cup competition program in Japan is the first international competition this year for Vietnamese aerobic gymnasts.
