The Director of the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism of Quang Ninh province affirmed that for Quang Ninh province, the study of hosting the 2027 WAGC Finals is not only aimed at the goal of successfully organizing an international sports event but also a specific step to realize the strategy of developing the sports economy associated with tourism, event economy and cultural industry; expanding international cooperation, attracting high-quality tourists, investors and the global business community.
At the program, the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism of Quang Ninh province, FLC Group and the Organizing Committee of the World Amateur Golf Championship signed a Memorandum of Understanding on cooperation in researching the hosting of the 2027 WAGC Finals in Quang Ninh province.
After the signing ceremony, the parties discussed and exchanged views on the preparation of necessary conditions to organize the 2027 WAGC Finals.
