Gods of Martial Arts (GMA) 2025 - Than Vo will have a total of 8 events. Of which, there are 4 Vietnam Martial Arts events and 4 international Martial Arts events. The matches at the tournament will be competed in a professional MMA format, with the first event scheduled to take place on May 17, 2025 at GMA Arena (Phuoc Kien, Nha Be, Ho Chi Minh City) with 9 exciting and dramatic matches.
Sharing before the official tournament took place, martial artist Johnny Tri Nguyen - General Director of Than Vo Viet Nam said that when witnessing the difficulties that martial artists encountered when approaching complex sports and needing to invest in time such as MMA, Gods of Martial Arts continued to improve when adding a new weight class called Duong Lang for 53kg martial artists.
In addition, Gods of Martial Arts (GMA) 2025 this year also welcomes more "warriors" with the name of International Martial Arts from countries such as Thailand, Cambodia, Laos, Myanmar, Malaysia... promising to bring the audience a more powerful, meticulous, and burning martial arts space than ever.
Accordingly, in parallel with the live broadcast of competitions, Gods of Martial Arts (GMA) 2025 this year will continue to implement special programs revolving around the activities of the tournament such as match highlights, martial arts portraits, exclusive interviews... will also be released on many social networking platforms... thereby creating more influence to spread the love of martial arts to Vietnamese audiences as well as a bridge to bring the image of the Martial Arts to domestic and international audiences.
With the first event taking place on May 17 at GMA Arena, the audience will take turns witnessing the competition of the top 9 matches, promising to bring a vibrant and dramatic atmosphere.
The highlight of this competition night is certainly the stage performance of two veteran fighters with a style of play that is full of aesthetics, Tran Minh Nhut of Lien Phong Martial Arts School and Tran Trong Kim of PFC Phu Quoc.
In Lang Lang (53kg), it will be a war for 8 fighters: Truong Quang Kiet of PFC Phu Quoc against Huynh Quang Thien of Tanmonster Combat; Nguyen Huu Nghia of Team 404 against Bui Xuan Nguyen of Lien Phong Dojo; Dang Quoc Quang of No.1 Muay Dam with Phan Ngoc Hieu of Ha Dong MMA and especially the appearance of champion Muay World and Asian Muay Le Hoang Duc of Team 404 fighting with Luong Trong Nghia of MMA Saigon.
At the Tiger Tiger class (55kg), Pham Thanh Phong of No.1 Muay Dam with Pham Van Hao of Tiger Port land; The black leopard (63kg) Vo Cao Tung of VCT Fight played against Pham Kim Quoc Huy of Fighter MMA Da Nang; The Golden Statum (57kg) of Nam An MMA played with SSC's KPA and a rematch in the Tiger Group (68kg) between Vu Hai of Tiger MMA against Pham Anh Duc by Lei Jiujitsu.
