On the morning of November 15, at Song Hau Park Square and 15 response running points in the city, the S-Race Can Tho race attracted more than 10,000 students, parents, and teachers to participate.
S-Race Can Tho is a milestone marking S-Race's 5-year journey. It is even more meaningful as this is the first school sports activity after the merger of the three localities of Can Tho, Soc Trang, Hau Giang.
S-Race Can Tho includes competition for 3 age groups: Primary school students (6 - 11 years old); junior high school students (11 - 15 years old); high school students (15 - 18 years old), with competition distances from 1 km to 3 km. The Organizing Committee (OC) awards individual prizes from First Prize to 10th place based on each athlete's finishing achievements in 6 competitions; 3 collective prizes (equivalent to 3 levels of education) to the unit with the most participating athletes. The total prize value of S-Race Can Tho is 132 million VND.
Previously, at S-Race School Online, more than 150,000 athletes who are students, teachers, and school staff nationwide conquered 2,703,173 km, equivalent to billions of steps running for health, for positive energy, and for the community. At the end of the challenge, 540,634,600 VND was donated, a testament to the power of solidarity and compassion.
