Before the match, coach Nguyen Dinh Hoang and his team showed their confidence after more than a month of careful preparation, including two quality friendly matches with Chinese women's futsal in Hangzhou. The squad is in good physical condition, the tactics are calculated in detail and the whole team aims to win all 3 points to create favorable momentum for the journey to conquer medals.
Before the match, coach Nguyen Dinh Hoang said that the Vietnam women's futsal team was facing difficulties without captain Thanh Hang. However, the players in the squad are still qualified enough to replace Thanh Hang.
On the other side, Indonesia brought a young squad, complete speed and fitness - a strength that has caused difficulties for many opponents in the region. The match promises continuous pressing, tug of war and fierce competition from the first minutes.
The Vietnam Football Federation (VFF) has also tightened logistics work to ensure the best nutritional and resting conditions for the players, after difficulties in the menu arranged by the organizing committee. Additional meals supported by the Vietnamese Embassy in Thailand were promptly delivered to the team.
