In the afternoon of February 8, the Vietnamese women's team continued to have a training session on the field at the Shenzhen Youth Football Training Center (China).

The training session took place in a serious atmosphere, highly focused. The main content revolved around technical and tactical exercises, aiming to improve the overall playing style of the whole team. In more than an hour, the players were trained in group coordination, team formation as well as ball deployment plans in each line.

The coaching staff regularly monitors, guides and adjusts professional details, to help players operate synchronous tactics and improve competition efficiency. Exercises are reasonably divided, ensuring intensity and professional requirements according to each preparation stage.

Previously, in the morning of the same day, some players participated in physical fitness training at the center's gym under the guidance of a fitness coach, in order to maintain physical condition and limit the risk of injury.

Shenzhen Youth Football Training Center has a total area of nearly 197,000 m2, with a modern infrastructure system, including a professional stadium, training - recovery area, accommodation area for athletes and a football park with 7 11-a-side fields and 3 5-a-side fields. This is also the venue for the U18 and U20 men's football events at the 15th National Sports Festival of China.

Although the weather in Shenzhen is quite cold in the early morning and late afternoon, the training conditions are generally favorable thanks to sunshine. The players show a positive training spirit, quickly adapting to the new environment, aiming to complete the preparation plan in the near future.
